I love the intimacy with which this whole album was recorded: no reverb, no rounded edges, just the raw sounds of two excellent performers. The quiet, contemplative, patient way they move through this spiritual always leaves me with a sense of calm. Another great track from this session is “It’s me O Lord, Standing In The Need of Prayer.”
